The space
The villa is arranged over 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, a separate studio, and a movie room that can easily be converted in a relaxing 5th bedroom, sleeping up to 10 people in total.
On the ground level, you enter the villa into the hallway, followed by the open office space which includes a grand piano.
Step down into the large open plan living area, which offers a dining seating area, plus a lounge area with 3 sofas and a TV. From here you can access the upper terrace which benefits from a further dining area, gas BBQ and sunbeds.
This floor is home to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite includes a super king size bed, a sofa, access to the upper terrace, a fitted wardrobe/dressing area and a large ensuite bathroom with a plunge bath fitted with a shower attachment.
The second bedroom offers a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The third bedroom also has a kind size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the upper terrace and guest shower room.
From the upper terrace, there are stairs leading down to the games room, which include a bar, pool table, dart board and lounge seating and TV area. Enjoy an extra luxurious movie room that includes a big sofa bed sleeping 2 people (come with high quality bedding and topper), wardrobe, desk, blackout curtains, safe and double bathroom.
From here you can access the heated indoor pool, laundry room and studio. Leading out from the games room, there is a terrace with a seating area, which leads down to the main outdoor private pool area. There are nice seats and coloured bean bags around the pool and lounge areas to hang around.
The studio has a super king size bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment and a patio door that leads out onto a private terrace with a seating area. The studio can also be accessed from the front courtyard without entering the villa. The main pool area can be accessed from the studio terrace.
The property has 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs
On the bottom level of the villa you will find the private pool area. There is a slide leading into the pool, a ping pong table and sunbeds on the terrace. The covered part of the terrace offers a dining seating area and steps leading up to the terrace above which offers further sunbeds.
